I imagine you are looking for someone who is easy to work with, needs minimal instruction (otherwise it would be “easier to do it yourself”) and someone you can trust to do a good job? I am Natalie Wooldridge and I look forward to working with you!

I have 10 years of experience in a multinational organisation working in marketing and world-wide sales divisions. More recently, 8 years developing a Dental Practice from a team of 9 to 20 strong as a Practice Manager and now 5 years experience working with amazing business people in Nailsworth, Cheltenham, Bristol and surrounding areas, helping them to develop new ideas for growth and improved performance.

I have a diverse understanding of business operation and in the 8 years of Practice Management, I was instrumental in growing a business, the team and it's income.  I know the challenges (and the thrills) that are involved in business development and know that your time as a business owner is never your own!   I have also learnt that you cannot work ON your business whilst working IN it and this is where I can help.

What will I do?

 I will listen closely to your needs, grasp a good understanding of your current business & how you would like to develop it in YOUR way.  This can be regular work or just a one off. It's entirely up to you.
